The local list of Planning Application Requirements for North Somerset was adopted in January 2022 and is set out below in two parts. Where required information is not submitted, applications would normally be considered as being invalid and no further work will be undertaken until the required information is received.

It does not set out every piece of information that may be required to ensure a proposal complies with adopted planning policy.
