Amendments proposed statement

An Amendments Proposed Statement is required for applications seeking:

• non-material amendments or;
• a Section 73 application.

The statement should clearly set out the proposed changes. 

This can be done within a covering letter or a design and access statement. Please make sure to title the  as the proposed changes are listed under a title of Amendments Proposed Statement.
