Finding information online
Web chat is available on many of our website pages between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If an agent is free, you will see a chat button on the page. This allows you to talk to the Council Connect team, who can help you straight away.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, use our enquiry forms, which will send an email to the right team.
If you need to contact our waste team, sign in to MyAccount to make an enquiry or raise a concern about the service.
If you need to contact our planning team, you should use the planning enquiry form.
If you need to contact our council tax or benefit team, you should use the council tax and benefit enquiry form.
For any other enquiry, use our general enquiry form.
