A vehicle parking plan is required for development proposals that:
- propose new or altered parking arrangements; or
- increase the demand for parking as set out within the council’s adopted parking standards e.g. additional dwellings
A vehicle parking plan can be shown on the proposed site layout plan or it can be a separate drawing. Both the existing and proposed parking arrangements should be shown.
