Discharge of condition - disabled access ramps

To discharge a disabled access ramp condition on your planning application, please apply and pay using the Planning Portal website.

To discharge these conditions, applications will need to show:

  • a site plan to show the exact location of any ramps – this must be to scale
  • a cross section plan showing the gradient of any ramp along its entire length – this must be to scale
  • details of surface materials
  • details of any hand rails, fences or walls to be erected

Access ramps must be designed and built to meet the needs of disabled people. The length, gradient, and use of materials are just some of the factors that need to be considered.
