Organisational priorities

The corporate plan is our overarching strategic document. It is the only plan which covers the full range of our responsibilities and is an important tool to help focus our effort and resources on the right things. This is even more important in the context of constrained budgets and rapid change.

By prioritising a clear set of commitments the corporate plan and its accompanying action plan also helps residents to hold us to account for our performance and challenge us to improve.

Our action plan shows the projects and success measures which will help to monitor our progress against the aims and priorities within the corporate plan. These are included in our performance management framework.
