Event fees and charges

If you want to hold an event on our land you will need to pay a site fee.

You will also need to pay a on-refundable application fee to secure your date and process you application. 

All fees and charges are centrally set and advertised.

Licensed events that use our land are chargeable, although some events are eligible for reduced fees or no fees. 

Please ensure you are fully aware of all relevant costs on when you submit your application. 

Fees and charges will increase on Monday 1 April. Events due to take place after this date will be subject to the standard fees and charges set for that period.

You will be asked to pay your application fee within the Event App system when you submit your event before it can be progressed further.

Your events may also incur costs from other departments, such as for licensing or road closures.
