You can claim free bus travel until the end of March 2025 if you’re:
- a care leaver aged 18 to 21
- live in North Somerset Council or the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority region
To apply, you will need:
- a digital passport style photo
- a unique code (you can get your code by contacting your pathway plan support worker)
Once your application has been processed, you will be sent a WESTpass to scan when you get on board.
