If you are experiencing problems making payments online

You must be registered with 3D Secure (also known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) for your payment to be authorised.

If your payment fails with an error message, it may mean that your bank has not authorised payment because you’re not enrolled for 3D Secure. Please contact your bank and request for 3DS to be activated.

Remember to select the type of payment you are making before entering your details.
