Wheelchair accessible vehicles

We are required to identify and publish a list of all private hire and hackney licensed vehicles which are able to carry passengers in their wheelchairs. This list is called a S167 list. We also need to make it clear if a medical condition prevents any of the vehicle drivers from assisting a wheelchair user.

It is a criminal offence for taxi drivers named on a S167 list to refuse to carry a passenger in their wheelchair, to fail to provide them with assistance or to charge them more than non-wheelchair users.
