You must tell us if your commercial site uses a cooling tower or evaporative condenser unless
- it contains no water that is exposed to air
- its water supply is not connected
- its electrical supply is not connected
There is no fee to register.
If you have not heard from us within 21 days you will be able to carry on as though your application has been granted.
Contact us if you stop operating a cooling tower or evaporative condenser, for failed applications, to see the public register or any other issues.
