When an application is being brought before our planning committee for consideration, we will give notice on our website using the application file.
If you'd like to arrange to speak at a planning committee meeting, email us by no later than noon on the day before the meeting.
In your email you must include:
- your name
- contact phone number
- the date of the committee meeting
- the planning application reference number
- if you want to support or object to the application
