‘Memories Shared’ is a digital reminiscence project where historic images of North Somerset have been digitised and stored on tablets. The tablets are used in reminiscence sessions with older people and those living with dementia, which we use to help improve their wellbeing.
‘Memories Shared’ sessions work best as a group activity. Sessions can be held in the library or you can arrange for staff and volunteers to visit you at your location. Booking is essential but sessions are free.
Contact your library to arrange a session or book a set if you are a group leader.
