We have three rooms available for hire at Yatton Library for your meeting, presentation or workshop.

• Greta Lewis room (small meeting room)
• Cadbury room (small meeting room.

• 10 people in u-shape layout
• 12 people in boardroom style
• 35 people in theatre style

• 8-10 people

Charities and not-for-profit community groups

• £12 per hour - small meeting room 
• £15 per hour - large meeting room 

For charities and not-for-profit community groups without public liability insurance we add 10% of the room hire (£10 minimum premium payable)

Commercial

This rate applies to commercial organisations, sole traders, or the self-employed.

• £15 per hour - small meeting room 
• £25 per hour - large meeting room 

All commercial hirers must have their own public liability insurance (minimum indemnity of £5m) and provide a copy of a valid certificate.
