We have two rooms available for hire at Clevedon Library:

• Balmoral room (small meeting room)
• Waverly room (larger meeting room)

Balmoral room

Capacity

• 2-4 people

• photocopying for a small charge (during library opening hours)

Waverly Room

Capacity

• 12 people in boardroom style
• 24 people in theatre style

Equipment

• free Wi-Fi
• portable hearing loop
• whiteboard
• photocopying for a small charge (during library opening hours)

Refreshments

• use of small kitchenette
• shops and cafés nearby

Clevedon library:

• is fully accessible with a disabled toilet
• has a separate entrance for when the library is closed
• has a car park with disabled spaces

Community rate - not-for-profit and charitable organisations

• Balmoral room (small meeting room) - £12 per hour
• Waverly room (larger meeting room) - £15 per hour

For charities and not-for-profit community groups without public liability insurance we add 10% of the room hire (£10 minimum premium payable).

Commercial - commercial organisations, sole traders, and self-employed

• Balmoral room (small meeting room) - £15 per hour
• Waverly room (larger meeting room) - £25 per hour

All commercial hirers must have their own public liability insurance (minimum indemnity of £5m) and provide a copy of a valid certificate.
