Travel and roads

We have made temporary closures to roads and parking bays to ensure social distancing as we reopen.

Please see our pandemic changes to road space webpage for more information.

Car parking

All car parks are now open.

MiPermit cashless payments are available in all our pay and display car parks, beach, and on street parking where charges apply.

The number of ticket machines in the car parks and on street is reduced, minimising the risk of transmitting coronavirus by handling cash or touching payment machine buttons.

The MiPermit app is free to download on your smart phone or you can pay also do this by text or online. Details of the payment options are displayed in each parking area.

We would like to remind everyone to continue to maintain social distancing and follow the conditions we have put place for the benefit of all.

Normal parking enforcement in our car parks and on-street parking is in place across North Somerset.
