Support if you want to stop smoking
Studies show that you're four times more likely to quit with help. Your local Stop Smoking Service offers free one to one support along with smoking medicines, which are available at the cost of a prescription. If you want any help with stopping smoking, speak to your GP or your personal assistant and they can help you access support.
