Anti-racist action plan
We have considered the actions that we can take to have a positive impact on the lives of the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people who live, work and visit North Somerset.
The action plan reviews each of the seven commitments listed in our anti-racist motion and sets out the steps we will take in support of that commitment. The council’s five directorates have also created an action plan that relate specifically to the work carried out in their services.
