Mandatory or discretionary rate relief reviews

Relief reviews are regularly carried out to ensure that your circumstances have not changed and to confirm that you are still entitled to the relief.

If you have recently received a review letter from us you should complete the online form and include any proof that is required.

If we have a query with your review, or decide the relief should not continue, we will contact you to discuss the details.

You must complete the review by the due date stated on your review letter. If you don't complete the form on time you will lose your relief.

If you have any issues while completing the form, or if you want to discuss your review you can contact us using our enquiry form.
