Following a legal challenge, Policy CS13 of our Core Strategy was found to be unlawful. The housing requirement did not make sufficient allowance for latent demand which is unrelated to the creation of new jobs. Nine policies have therefore been remitted to the Planning Inspectorate for re-examination.
