We have a duty to consult on the felling of any street tree in line with S115 of the Environment Act 2021 and 96A of the Highways Act 1980, unless the felling is carried out in line with one of the exemptions listed in the legislation.
Where a consultation is required, it will be published on the tree and on this webpage and will remain open for a minimum of 28 days, after which a decision will be published below.
