New library computer system
There are issues with our new library computer system causing it to run slowly and crash. We appreciate this is causing significant disruption in using our services and we apologise for the negative impact this is having on your customer experience. This is affecting all seven authorities in the LibrariesWest area. North Somerset Libraries and the LibrariesWest team are actively working on these issues and are in daily contact with our new supplier, to find solutions.
