You can access our Mind, Body & Bump course, which is delivered by a registered midwife and public health lifestyle advisors.
The course aims to provide you with support and specialist advice on a range of topics to help you stay healthy and active during your pregnancy. The Mind, Body & Bump course runs for six weekly sessions on Wednesdays at local Family Hubs across North Somerset.
The Family Hubs team has put together a digital booklet that contains information about the
different kinds of help and support available for parents, carers and children.
Health visitors offer help and support throughout your pregnancy.
Your health visitor will arrange to see you at home before your baby is born, usually at around 28 to 34 weeks. You are also welcome to drop into any of the baby hubs to see your health visitor and meet other parents.
