Local businesses in North Somerset are being invited to attend an event in collaboration with North Somerset Council, Epic and Weston College. The aim of the event is to open doors for growth, strengthen local supply chains and procurement opportunities through collaboration on the Epic Long Ashton project.
Taking place on Wednesday 16 July from 8.00am until 12 noon at the Winter Gardens in Weston-Super-Mare, this event will provide small and medium-sized enterprises from the construction industry and supporting services the chance to introduce and explore supplier and contracting opportunities and build lasting partnerships.
Rodney Coalter, Project Director at Gilbert-Ash said: “We are committed to building strong relationships in the communities in which we work. This multi-year and multi-phased project in the North Somerset region will provide unique and lasting opportunities to build and forge strong partnerships.”
This event is a free networking and partnership opportunity and attendees will benefit from:
- one to one session with procurement teams
- unique insight on available tendering opportunities
- guidance on Gilbert-Ash Way of Working and accreditations
- advice on signing up to Gilbert-Ash supply chain charter.
