Context for this consultation | The Councils who manage the Sensory Support Service are thinking about changing it. Before they do this, they are asking young people, parents, and the people who work for the Sensory Support Service, what they think already works well and what could be improved. They are Bath and North-East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The four councils are working to change the service to make it as good as it can be in the years to come. the views of everyone who uses or has used or who has a interest in the service are very important. These will help the four councils to make sure the service is as good as it can be. This survey is anonymous - we won't know that the answers have come from you – so please be completely honest. You can ask an adult or friend to help you complete the questionnaire, please make sure your ideas are recorded. (There is another questionnaire for parents and carers to have their say.) It might take up to half an hour to answer all the questions. Thank you very much for taking this time – your opinions are very important to us. |
